This November, Pair’d will once again transform the Margaret River region into a celebration of world-class wine, food and music. The event offers an eclectic line-up of events, presenting unique tastings, exclusive culinary pairings, and performances. Wine lovers alert! The Margaret River region, a jewel of Western Australia (WA)'s wine landscape, will step into the global spotlight with two major events this November. The World’s 50 Best Vineyards Awards, held for the first time in Australia, will be followed by the second edition of Pair’d Margaret River Region x Range Region, a four-day celebration of wine, food, and place that will host three chefs from Singapore’s Michelin-starred restaurants: Odette, Cloudstreet, and Burnt Ends.

Dave Pynt: Chef-owner, Burnt Ends

Originally from Perth, Dave Pynt is now based in Singapore, where he runs Burnt Ends, the one-Michelin modern Australian barbecue restaurant. For Pair’d, he returns to Western Australia to co-lead the “Burnt Ends & Friends at Wills Domain” experience, alongside the legendary Francis Mallmann, the Godfather of fire.
At Burnt Ends, he champions a produce-driven philosophy and has become a key figure in redefining modern barbecue on the global stage.
Julien Royer: Chef-owner, Odette
Crafting terroir-focused exquisite meals
Julien Royer, of Singapore’s three Michelin-starred Odette will headline a Pair’d Wine Dinner this November alongside Vasse Felix, one of Margaret River’s iconic wineries and the founding estate of the region. At the dinner, he will craft a terroir-focused menu. As a restaurateur, Julien has come to be recognised around the world for bringing a refreshing perspective on French dining and takes pride in championing the next generation of talent, providing a platform for people to shine.
Rishi Naleendra: Chef-Owner, Cloudstreet
Expressive food meets artisanal, progressive wines
Joining the Wine Dinner Series at Pair’d, Rishi Naleendra from CloudStreet will be presenting a unique two-night collaboration with Margaret River’s Evan Hayter of Arimia.
Rishi made history as the first Sri Lankan recipient in the Michelin Guide’s history. Nearly a decade on, the Colombo-born chef-restaurateur is one of the most prolific figures in Singapore’s dining scene. At the heart of Rishi’s portfolio, which includes the two-Michelin-starred Cloudstreet, vibrant Kotuwa, and the newly launched Station by Kotuwa, is a consistent focus on storytelling, personal heritage, and a touch of irreverence.
